Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client-level managers to assess and understand staffing requirements.
• Support qualified candidates in completing necessary carrier/client applications and ensure all essential documentation is submitted accurately.
• Schedule and confirm orientations for candidates, communicating travel and lodging arrangements as needed.
• Address and resolve any obstacles that may impede candidate attendance at scheduled orientations.
• Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned to support the recruitment process.
  
  

Required Skills

• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Familiarity with recruiting or logistics is a plus, but not mandatory.
