Our client is a fast-growing tech specialist company based in Mascot, that is recognised as a leader within their field having won many industry awards.

This role will suit a passionate Talent Acquisition Advisor who will be at the forefront of recruitment efforts, identifying and attracting top tier talent. You will be responsible for the full end to end recruitment process across both their local and national markets including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various roles.

With a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience, you will develop and implement the recruitment strategy to attract and retain talent at all levels within the company. As a brand ambassador, you will showcase the company culture and values throughout the recruitment process.

Duties And Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Manage all interactions on our ATS system
• Create dynamic advertisements to attract the best candidates
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies that prioritise hiring needs
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the best candidate experience
• Reflect company culture in all interactions with internal and external parties
  
  

Skills and Experience:

• Relevant experience in recruitment or HR (minimum 1 year)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
• Experience using recruitment systems (ATS, Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn)
• Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Tech recruitment experience advantageous
