At the VET Recruiter we help Animal Health companies and Veterinary practices find high quality talent, specifically veterinarians and other team members.
We are a team of mission-driven and hard-working animal lovers who share the goal of helping veterinary practices fill gaps in their staff to ensure care is available to pets that need it. We work nationwide.

What Will You Do If You Work at the VET Recruiter?
You will be a matchmaker between leading Animal Health and Veterinary organizations (clinics, hospitals, humane societies etc.
and high-quality talent, doctors, etc. You will spend your day building relationships, making connections and having quality conversations and ultimately making the best match between our clients hiring needs while at the same time working with top talent to find their ideal position.
What Will Your Schedule Be Like?
You will be working from 8 AM to 5 PM (Five Days Per Week) at our beautiful 91st & Yale, South Tulsa Office location, which is conveniently located near Wholefoods, the Creek Turnpike, Quick Trip, Starbucks, numerous restaurants, walking / biking trails, fitness centers, banks, etc.

What Skill Sets Do You Need?
You must be highly coachable, self-motivated, action and goal oriented. Someone with intellectual curiosity is desirable.
You need to have persuasive skills and be able to influence people. Sales and marketing experience is desirable. New college graduates are encouraged to apply.

In this role you will receive a base pay with unlimited income potential through bonus opportunities, contests, and other incentives, for example to have your daily lunches paid for.
There is no cap on earning potential. You will get paid bonuses based on the number of positions you can fill. We have the latest technology and all the tools that you need to be successful.

We will support you to obtain your CPC certification as an expert search professional.

Requirements
Requirements and Skills Interested in breaking into the veterinary recruiting space. A background in customer service, sales, inside sales retail sales, recruiting, hospitality or working in a veterinary hospital is beneficial for this role.
Coachable and self-motivated; goal oriented Bachelor's degree or above preferred but not required. Degrees that are often a good match include communications, journalism and broadcasting, marketing, psychology, or a general business degree.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor in-person and over the phone. Able to multi-task, manage negotiations, and build strong relationships.
Ability to work in an applicant tracking system. Ability to use social media sites like LinkedIn and be able to handle online research.
Ability to independently compose clear, concise correspondence. Knowledge of proper English usage, spelling, punctuation, and grammar with excellent proofreading skills. Knows basic US geography.
