Skills and Requirements

1. One year of recruiting and interviewing experience preferred.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Outstanding problem-solving skills, with a bias for action
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
5. Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and walk throughout the workday
6. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
7. Able to learn basic aviation terms like aircraft types, phonetic alphabet, military time, and other common vocabulary
8. Valid drivers’ license and clean background check in order to obtain an airport badge
9. Knows when to ask questions and where to find answers

Compensation

• $20.00- $20.50 per hour
