Hoefer Welker is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support our overall company growth, responsible for owning and managing the full recruitment life cycle, hiring positions at all levels within the organization. This position requires a highly motivated, passionate professional with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment while focusing on creating and executing creative recruiting strategies and processes to attract talented individuals to our organization. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop a pipeline of candidates, sourcing from a variety of channels, including, but not limited to: networking, social media, internet, cold calling, employee referrals, campus recruiting, attending industry and diversity related events and other tactics to discover top talent
- Screen, interview and assess candidates, presenting qualified candidates and act as the liaison between the candidate and management throughout the selection process
- Educate and coach Studio Leaders and appropriate employees on interviewing techniques, processes and tools
- Manage Applicant Tracking System (Deltek) and job postings - monitor and screen candidate applications in the system
- Assist with annual affirmative action reporting and ensure adherence to affirmative action guidelines and checklist through the year
- Help write job descriptions and keep them current
- Partner with managers to clarify the talent need and what successful candidates look like
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives. Assist with scheduling and coordinating of campus recruiting events
- Coordinate the planning and execution of year-round collegiate and industry outreach recruiting campaigns such as career fairs, mock interviews, portfolio critiques, firm presentations and other activities
- Assist in execution of the campus strategy at colleges and universities while helping build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other relevant public organizations
- Assist in maintaining the internship program
- Develop and maintain third-party vendor relationships
- Work with marketing department to generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging
- Ensuring compliance with our process and standards
Job Requirements
Bachelors' degree and 4 years recruiting and sourcing experience.
Candidate will be smart, enthusiastic, highly strategic and a team player. Highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with university recruiting
- Knowledgeable in current affirmative action standards
- Experience with ATS, Deltek a plus
- Self-driven and able to thrive in a challenging environment
- Superior interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong research and candidate generation skills
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Familiarity with current sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing techniques and skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple searches with varying priorities
- Strong Project Management and prioritization skills
- Available to travel up to 10% of the time
