Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment plans.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, online channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
• Assist in handling HR-related documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Support in coordinating and developing training and development programs.
• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing HR files.
• Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience or internship in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Benefits & Pay

Compensation for the position is a base pay of $42,000.
