Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist, Human Resources
Job Summary:
Assist the HR department in handling the day-to-day recruitment and retention tasks for open vacancies and forecasting in all departments. The work will consist of Human Resources Generalist and administrative tasks.
Job Duties:
Manages applications in the Applicant tracking system – Heavy call volume
Screens applicants, schedules interviews, conducts HR pre-screen interviews, coordinates department interviews, prepares interview packets, processes forms, issues and manages background process forms and links, and disposition candidates
Must have strong communication skills to include written, oral, listening, comprehension, and facilitation skills
Must be able to successfully manage 10 -12 applicants per day in the applicant tracking system
Must possess great attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills. Outgoing and upbeat personality.
Ability to work with little supervision, great initiative, and follow through
Requirements:
Knowledge of common business equipment, copier, scanner, fax, shredder, paper cutter etc.
Familiar with Microsoft Office suite, email, and search engine usage, and Telephone etiquette
Familiar with the applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
Talent Acquisition full cycle of interviewing, scheduling, pre-screening, verifications, processing background checks, preparing and processing new hire paperwork, and fielding incoming calls and emails.
3- 5 years' experience. (5 preferred)

Neat and clean professional appearance, no visible tattoos on the hands, fingers, neck, or above.
No nose, tongue, eyebrow, or ear gauge piercings, and no headgear other than provided
Work shoe business, no slippers, slides, flip-flops, or 4 inch heels or higher. Prefer rubber soles for floor safety
