Responsibilities:

• Utilize various recruiting resources to find people who fit the culture for active positions as well as build pipelines for future roles with the company
• Manage the temporary production recruitment process as well as permanent positions
• Assist other members of the recruiting team with administrative and professional recruitment
• Use your expertise to bring innovative solutions to the recruitment process
