Tax Specialist jobs in the United States

Total Tax Certificates specializes in certifying property tax information for title companies. We are currently seeking a part-time property tax specialist to work 20 to 25 hours per week Monday through Friday.

*** Experience/knowledge in property tax or title industry is preferred ***

General Job Duties:

• Use property appraisal and tax websites to complete tax certificate orders.
• Call property appraisal and tax offices to obtain information not available online.
• Communicate with clients regularly via email or phone in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional Windows and Microsoft Office program knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Computer proficiency and excellent written communication skills.
• Quick learning, outgoing and team oriented.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, production driven environment and able to quickly adapt and learn new tasks.
• Above average Web navigation and search skills.

**Candidates will be tested on their proficiency as part of the interview process

Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
