Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teachers to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. We are hiring for 4th and 5th grades. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide guidance and support to help students reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth
- Assess student progress through various methods, such as tests, projects, and assignments
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
- Utilize learning technology to enhance instruction and engage students
- Monitor student behavior and maintain discipline in the classroom
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices

Skills:
- Strong lesson planning skills to create engaging and effective lessons
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in instructional materials
- Proficiency in math concepts to effectively teach mathematical skills
- Familiarity with learning technology tools to enhance instruction
- Experience working with students of various ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies to support struggling learners
- Understanding of curriculum development principles to create effective educational materials
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students
- Knowledge of childhood development principles to tailor instruction to individual needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching CT certification or license
- Previous experience as an Elementary School Teacher is preferred but not required
- Strong passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
