Job Overview:

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Teach various subjects, including Math, English, and other core subjects
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes respect and inclusivity
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students in active learning
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification or license
- Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards
- Experience working with elementary school students
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Experience in education administration is a plus
- Previous experience in tutoring or providing additional support to students is beneficial
