Solidus is searching for a SAP Basis Administrator.

How will you make an impact:
Successful individual will join a team that provides application administration for custom and COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) applications within and outside of ISD, primarily SAP products. A qualified candidate will be a SAP Basis Administrator with skills in SAP Basis and SAP Analytics Cloud administration.

A day in the life:

• Basis Administration for on-prem and cloud SAP products - S/4, SRM, BW, Business Objects, Portal and SAP BTP/Analytics Cloud, including transports, installation, monitoring and other support activities.
• Red Hat Linux administration as needed to configure and administer SAP Netweaver
• Configure connections/integration between on-prem, external, and SaaS applications/databases
• Monitor and upgrade SAP products, triage issues, and manage security and users.
• Perform sizing, compliance, performance tuning, configuration of SAP BTP and Cloud Connector.
• Identify and manage dependencies with other systems, databases, SSO, and security.
• Work on server level change requests and deploy content to production.

What will you bring to the role:
Requirements

• US Citizenship and eligible to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
• 5 years minimum experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Fully remote from any location; 2 trips per calendar year to Lexington if the program/project as needed

• SAP Basis Administration in S/4HANA (or ECC) and other SAP business suite applications, Solution Manager
• Ability to work with operations team and vendors to resolve infrastructure and integration related issues
• Application security design
• Service pack and patch upgrade experience
• Develop and help drive implementation best practice / standards and guidelines
• Working knowledge of the software lifecycle and methodologies
• Skill in platform/technical requirements collection and analysis to identify needs
• OS (RHEL and Windows) administration as it relates to SAP application administration
• ERP
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Work independently and collaboratively

Additionally Desired

• Experience in sizing, installation, planning and configuration of SAP Analytics Cloud or similar online analytics system
• Manage SAP S/4 HANA system landscape on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP
• SAP Cloud Identity (IAS and IPS)
• Direct experience in an implementation and operational support role highly desirable
• Knowledge of relational databases and client-server concepts
• ServiceNow for incident, service request and change management
• MS Active Directory, LDAP
• Technologies including DNS, DHCP, Proxy and Load Balancing
• UNIX platform, OSX, Cisco IOS
