Additionally, Technical Recruiter initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Technical Recruiter occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. JOB OVERVIEW:
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for leading and developing the recruiting strategy, sourcing and consultative full-cycle recruitment process. The person in this role will also be responsible for day-to-day recruiting of key positions. Develops, implements, and prioritizes an effective talent recruitment plan for current and projected openings throughout the company to maximize organizational performance. In-office position based in Windsor, CO, with 5-15% travel required.
