You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) to identify qualified candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interviews and schedule meetings between candidates and hiring managers.
- Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new hires, including paperwork, background checks, and orientation.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage applicant tracking systems, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo)
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
