Technical Recruiter attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for technical positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms and other sourcing methods. Understands requirements for technical positions, develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications. Being a Technical Recruiter contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews. Extends offers and negotiates compensation. Additionally, Technical Recruiter initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Technical Recruiter occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. · Prescreen candidates pending hiring manager review by calling and emailing
· Utilizing the applicant tracking system to managing jobs and candidate workflow, and generate recruitment reports,
· Posting positions on multiple job boards and manage candidate flow
· Track and report metrics on Recruitment Metrics
· Scheduling candidate interviews
· Invite and Host Virtual Interviews as well as in person events
· Responsible for creating and maintaining an active pipeline of candidates

o Mark candidate as Hired in Balancetrak
o Accepted Date / Hire Date
o Ensure all data is correct, if not, communicate to site
o Send all Onboarding, New Hire Paperwork
o Communicate and assist with all New Hire Paperwork
o Confirm First Day Communication with Site and Candidate
o New Hire Orientation Date
o Host NHO
Recruitment:
o Posting Ads on various job board pipelines
o Source candidates
o Phone Screen
o Schedule candidates for onsite interview
o Send letters for candidates that don’t meet company standards
o Ultimately, organize and facilitate our company’s onboarding procedures for new hires.
