The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical roles, including software engineers, developers, data scientists, and IT professionals. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet the needs of our growing company.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Conduct thorough screenings of candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Create and manage job postings that effectively communicate the role’s requirements and the company’s values. Promote job opportunities through relevant platforms and networks.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to the recruitment team and hiring managers.
    • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop customized recruitment plans.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment metrics and reports as needed.
    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.


    Qualifications:


    • 5 years of experience in technical recruitment or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully filling technical positions.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • Familiarity with technical roles and industry-specific requirements.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proactive approach to sourcing and recruitment.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from 40,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to 70,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other forms of compensation are offered in the form of medical, vision, and dental benefits.
