Technical Recruiting Manager jobs in the United States

Responsible for all aspects of maintenance engineering to include mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Ensure all mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects, initiatives and processes are in conformance with organization's goals and established policies and objectives.

• Develop, implement and manage maintenance of machinery and facility.
• Perform analysis of projects, initiatives and processes to establish and strategize a plan, schedule appropriate staffing and coordinate start to finish of each project.
• Coordinate with cross-functional business teams to develop the best economic strategy for company plans and projects.
• Adhere to established company policies, procedures, terms and conditions and regulations.
• Manage and supervise maintenance staff.
• Evaluate employee skills, support and encourage employee skill improvement and facilitate professional growth and development of the team members.
• Identify, develop and manage effective relationships with existing and potential suppliers of goods and services to meet the established cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by implementing, maintaining and aligning company policies that adhere to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Manage, operate, edit and update machinery software.
• Conduct weekly departmental meetings.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
