Technical Trainer creates and conducts technical training programs. Determines training objectives. Being a Technical Trainer writes training programs, including outline, text, handouts, and tests, and designs laboratory exercises. Lectures on the safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, machinery, and equipment. Additionally, Technical Trainer administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Technical Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Location: Orem, UT
Status: Part-time
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Pay / Hourly: $21.26
SUMMARY
The IT Helpdesk Technician provides technical support to internal employees. Primary objectives will be to answer incoming technology requests promptly, address first tier issues directly or escalate issues to appropriate team members, ensure a positive user experience, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
