As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology products and solutions offered by our organization. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business development, to define product vision, strategy, and execution. Your expertise in both technology and product management will drive innovation and ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities

1. Communication with Shared Teams:

1. Strong Communication skills with the ability to identify, capture and articulate simply with all internal and external contacts.
2. Ability to share business strategy initiatives especially where value impacts customer/user efficiencies that can be leveraged
3. Drive change enhancements specially where effectiveness and simplicity gains can be leveraged for business users.

1. Product Strategy and Vision:

1. Develop a clear product vision aligned with business goals and customer needs.
2. Define product roadmaps, feature sets, and long-term strategies.
3. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

1. Requirements Gathering and Prioritization:

1. Work closely with stakeholders (internal teams, customers, and partners) to gather requirements.
2. Prioritize features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user value.
3. Create detailed product specifications and user stories.

1. Product Development and Execution:

1. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products.
2. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and adjust plans as needed.
3. Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.

1. Technical Leadership:

1. Understand the technical aspects of the product, including architecture, APIs, and integrations.
2. Make informed decisions.

1. User Experience and Design:

1. Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and delightful user experiences.
2. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

1. Go-to-Market Strategy:

1. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective product launch plans.
2. Define pricing, positioning, and messaging.
3. Monitor product adoption and gather customer feedback.

1. Performance Metrics and Analysis:

1. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
2. Analyze data to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Iterate on features based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) as a Technical Product Manager or similar role.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, and data analytics is a plus.
