We are looking for an Associate, Client Program Rates Enrollment to join Element Fleet Management. The Associate, Client Program Rates Enrollment will establish program enrollment for new and existing clients to enable billing with an elevated level of accuracy. As client's enrollment needs change, the role will analyze and execute enrollment changes accurately for a portfolio of customers. As programs are created or evolve, the role will participate in focused projects to adjust enrollment as outlined. This role is based in our Hopkins MN office.

A Day in the Life

• Processing enrollment requests; correcting enrollment errors

• Product specific support

• Act as SME for products alignment

• Inter/ Intradepartmental Project execution and support, including onboarding training

• Collaboration with product areas on set-up details and program changes

• Follow defined SOPs to apply contractual fees to units within a client as outlined by customer facing teams (FPS/ NBI)

• Utilizing system logic and client's contracts, the role will make enrollment updates and validate changes through billing reports to ensure that all applicable units are enrolled, with the correct rate and with the correct effective date to drive accurate billing and revenue generation

• Engage directly with product areas to maintain an assigned subset of SOPs and procedures that support those programs

• Support team projects to adjust enrollment across a wide range of clients and programs as identified by the business and prioritized by leadership

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent experience

• Works well within a team and individually

• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

• Continuous Improvement mindset; curiosity

• Ability to give attention to detail and prioritize work

• Highly organized and deadline driven

• Six Sigma Certification (White/ Yellow) a plus

• Project execution experience
