Telecommunications Engineering Technician assists telecommunication engineers in the design and analysis of telecommunication networks. Creates plans and drawings detailing the layout of routers, circuits, cables, switches, or other telecommunications equipment. Being a Telecommunications Engineering Technician ensures network connectivity for end-users. May evaluate existing networks and recommend design changes to improve performance. Additionally, Telecommunications Engineering Technician requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Telecommunications Engineering Technician may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Work is in Blair Nebraska.
Guaranteed Rate even if the work is slow!!!
Must provide your own vehicles and tools.
Some installs experience is preferred but will train.
Experienced Corp to Corp partners with 1099 Installation experience or experienced individuals!!
Installations with a both residential and commercial work

High-school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to use basic broadband installation tools and hand tools
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Must be able to lift 80lbs., work in heights up to 30 ft., and in tight spaces/attics
Must be willing to move over all types of terrain in all kinds of weather while carrying tools and equipment.
Must use weight-bearing equipment such as safety harnesses and extensions ladders while wearing fully loaded tool belts.
Must be able to use a ladder with a total load capacity of 300 pounds
