Creates plans and drawings detailing the layout of routers, circuits, cables, switches, or other telecommunications equipment. Being a Telecommunications Engineering Technician ensures network connectivity for end-users. May evaluate existing networks and recommend design changes to improve performance. Additionally, Telecommunications Engineering Technician requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Telecommunications Engineering Technician may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Your Role
Responsible to the Supervisor NDT for the actual performance of Non-Destructive Testing and Inspection of heavy commercial aircraft maintenance and/or modifications in an MRO environment, including the setup, specific instrument calibration, specific tests, specific evaluation according to written instruction and to record the results.
