Job Posting:

We are seeking a Receptionist/ Marketing Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining the front desk as well as navigate social media platforms for marketing purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare schedules, charts and medical rooms
• Maintain inventory showroom including tracking inventory, ordering and receiving of products
• Checking patients in and out
• Scheduling appointments, answering phones and maintaining patient charts
• Process invoices and fulfilling E-commerce orders
• Development and implement marketing campaigns for various treatment and product specials
• Create and maintain content on social media platforms

​Qualifications:

• Front office or medical experience helpful
• Computer and accounting experience preferred
• Positive attitude, compassionate with ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong critical thinking skills, written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time & project management skills
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment
• Navigates well on social media platforms
• Willing to present oneself in front of a camera
• Willing to grow within the business and take constructive feedback
• Average of 30 hours per week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
