Job Title: Medical Assistant

Location: Oakland

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; candidates with a Medical Assistant Certificate are preferred.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assisting patients with appointment scheduling and maintaining accurate patient records to provide administrative support in healthcare.
• Promptly addressing patient inquiries and concerns, delivering necessary information, and ensuring exceptional patient service.
• Adhering to physician protocols and instructions, and undertaking other medical-related duties as assigned.
