Title Processor/Closer

We are seeking motivated individual to become a title processor/closer who is looking to become part of the family.

Experience Plusses:

• 1. Title Insurance- from opening of file to post closing
• 2. Basic Real Estate
• 3. Basic Legal/Probate/Trusts

Require Qualification:

• Bilingual Reading, Writing and Speaking Fluency in one of the following languages: Spanish
• Experience with title software: Qualia
• Some experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes title and purchase and sale transactions.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
• Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Capable networker with excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs is a must.
• Must have superior organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and demands
• Pay: Annual base pay, and business acquisition bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,000.00 - $60,000.00 based on experience
