Commercial Real Estate Property Accountant

Executive Hills Management, Inc., one of Kansas City’s largest office real estate companies, is looking for a bright, motivated professional to join our property accounting team. This position will account for multiple buildings in our extensive portfolio of almost 4 million square feet of commercial office space in the Kansas City metro area. The successful candidate will work independently to prepare monthly financial statements, maintain separate general ledgers for each building, apply tenant cash receipts, reconcile bank accounts, review, code and track building expenses, and build strong tenant relations.

Highlights include:

• Total compensation package includes base salary totaling up to $75,000-$85,000 per year.
• Full-time position M-F 8:30-5:30 (in office)

Qualifications include:

• Experience in preparation of financial statements is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
