Job Overview:
Results-driven Account Executive expanding sales team. Your duties will include devising sales plans, managing relationships with targeted clients, as well as client development, and maintaining in-depth account profiles on key clients. To ensure success as an Account Executive, you should be adept at market research and skilled in forming long-lasting, mutually-beneficial relationships. Ultimately, a top-notch regional account manager will leverage their sales expertise to drive profitability and scale company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling to meet company targets
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales quotas and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Continuously analyze territories/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Facilitate and communicate with leadership team territory performance in Monthly Business Reviews
Setting and communicating sales targets that promote long-term profitability that meet or exceed goal expectations.
Maintain detailed records through company CRM

Requirements:
Demonstrable experience as a business and account development specialist.
2-5 years’ outdoor product sales experience
Valid driver's license.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong vertical and lateral thinking abilities.
The ability to build long-lasting professional relationships.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
