The multi-office, multi-state law firm of Bryant Miller Olive seeks a Legal/Executive Administrative Assistant in our downtown Tampa office. Responsibilities include general clerical tasks including word processing, greeting clients, preparing conference rooms for meetings, copying, scanning, filing, faxing, ordering supplies, receiving, distributing and preparing mail and overnight packages, completing expense reports, preparing invoices and other administrative duties as needed. This position will provide support to the Management Team (CEO, COO and HR Director) as well as legal staff and attorneys.
Qualifications include a minimum of a high school diploma with an A.A. degree or higher preferred, familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook), excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The individual who fills this position will be required to maintain reliable transportation and will be expected to drive as needed to accomplish tasks associated with business matters for the firm. This position requires an individual to be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Qualified candidates will understand the importance of customer service, confidentiality and a “Team First” approach. Qualified candidates will possess the ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints. Law firm experience is preferred.
