    Duties include:

    Provide an efficient work flow, including superior communication and task management at all stages of a client’s trip

    • Maintain and follow task list in ClickUP
    • Data entry for all travel bookings
    • Proficient in managing incoming emails promptly and efficiently, adept at assigning tasks and promptly executing them based on urgency.
    • Attend daily morning Zoom meetings and effectively relay pertinent information regarding upcoming trips to your team.
    • Proficiently organize electronic documents, ensuring their proper categorization and storage within the online cloud software
    • Proficient in client communication and adept at proactive follow-up to gather necessary information.
    • Effectively communicate with vendors via phone or email, facilitating clear information exchange and change requests.
    • Maintain calendar of all client travel
    • Send VIP letters to hotels
    • Maintain client itineraries and manage deadlines, adding documents for presentation prior to departure
    • Managing prospective client inquiries and appointments
    • Web-based itinerary planning, research and management
    • Attend in-person networking meetings as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree; must be fluent in English; excellent communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Sheets; ability to quickly learn new processes and programs. Must be able to process information quickly.

    We use Click Up, Travel Joy, Travefy, Client Base, Canva and others.

    This is a full-time position. Hours are 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern time. This is a (mostly) remote position and you must have reliable internet and phone service. Must be located in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.

    Salary for the full-time position is $42,000 annually, with the possibility of commissions and bonuses.

    Pay: $42,000.00 per year
