    - Manage, create, and promote social media content; capture, interact, and post engaging photos throughout the day.

    - Update and maintain the website, ensuring content is current and reflects our latest services and projects.

    - Develop marketing presentations to effectively promote our business.

    - Write and edit various documents, email, and manage both electronic and physical filing systems.

    - Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and manage supplies inventory for the office.

    - Manage sensitive information confidentially and take accurate meeting minutes.

    - Maintain CRM and financial records using QuickBooks.

    - Consult with staff, security, and building management to ensure operational efficiency.

    **Qualifications**

    - Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role.

    - Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

    **Cell Phone Policy**

    **Compensation and Work Schedule**

    This position operates on a Monday – Friday schedule from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. The total workweek typically amounts to 40 hours. The starting salary for this position is $16-$18 per hour.

    **Physical Requirements**
