Duties:
- Email and phone calls with a range of customers, team members and outside parties for company, client and executive personal support needs
- Project management support for defined projects
- Scheduling and travel bookings for senior executives
- Receipt management and admin support for executive and personal travel
- Coordination with other company team members internal and external
- Help with mail, errands, and other tasks needed for the team operational efficiency
Skills:
- Strong ability to work with various team members
- Basic accounting and expense management experience preferred
- Excellent problem solving skills with proactive recommendations and ideas
- Professional and friendly communication abilities with a range of stakeholders

Qualifications:
