Oversees the implementation of category management to achieve company's strategies and financial goals. Being a Top Category Management Executive requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
