American Consumer Claims LLC is looking to fill the role of a full-time on-site Claims Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for recent grads or someone looking to make a career change. The Appointment Setter will be, in most cases, the first contact with potential clients, helping timeshare owners nationwide. Our Appointment Setter position is an entry-level opportunity that offers advancement within 12 months to a 6-figure position within the company!

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
• Be the first line of contact in our sales process
• Qualify incoming leads
• Perform outbound calls to leads
• Overcome initial objections
• Respond to customer requests for information
• Update reports based on call activity
• Conduct all business professionally and ethically to serve potential clients.
• Other duties as assigned

Other qualifications include:

• Professional with great communication skills
• Previous experience in sales or other related fields is preferred but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and stay focused on the customer while also being able to work independently.
• Familiarity with Google Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $48,406.34 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
