Top Claims Executive plans and directs all aspects of an organization's insurance claims function. Responsible for managing and implementing claims programs for all lines of insurance. Being a Top Claims Executive directs the review and settlement of complex or high dollar claims. Develops procedures and policies to enhance and improve the processing, investigation, and settlement of claims. Additionally, Top Claims Executive ensures legal examinations are made when appropriate. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Claims Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. The Assistant Teacher is responsible for the items listed below. This is not the full extent of the AT's responsibilities and a detailed job description is available by contacting TOP Early Learning Center 316-749-4909.
- Assist in developing individual guidance and education plans.
- Assist the Lead Teacher in ensuring positive behavior
- Assist with teaching respect and shared responsibility between adults and children.
- Ensure physical, and emotional well-being is maintained for all children.
- Ensure safe and developmentally appropriate play is utilized in all play spaces.
- Work with parents, center directors, family service personnel to ensure partner agencies are enlisted to help our children learn and grow.
- Attend parent and all staff meetings.
- Have fun teaching the kids!
