Top Community Development Executive leads and plans all aspects of an organization's economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Develops and maintains relationships with groups, agencies, and organizations in the community to identify business development opportunities. Contributes to marketing efforts to foster company visibility and awareness of projects or initiatives. Job Skills / RequirementsPosition Summary:
Responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing all of Park DuValle's fundraising activities including an annual fund, capital campaign, planned giving and major gift programs, and fundraising events. Works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors in all development and fundraising efforts.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Education Requirements (Any) Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or a related field. Five years of experience in nonprofit fundraising.
