Top Community Development Executive leads and plans all aspects of an organization's economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Develops and maintains relationships with groups, agencies, and organizations in the community to identify business development opportunities. Being a Top Community Development Executive establishes the policies guiding the community development strategy and ensures the organization's compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and other regulations. Contributes to marketing efforts to foster company visibility and awareness of projects or initiatives. Additionally, Top Community Development Executive monitors ongoing initiatives to evaluate progress and efforts. Researches and evaluates current and future community needs to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Community Development Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Community Development Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. The financial analyst will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic insights to support sound financial decision-making.


    Responsibilities

    • Analyze financial performance, including variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement
    • Prepare financial reports and forecasts, contributing to budgeting and strategic planning processes
    • Evaluate investment opportunities and potential risks
    • Collaborate with management to develop financial models and make recommendations for optimizing financial performance
    • Conduct industry research and stay informed about market trends and economic conditions
    • Communicate financial insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus
    • Experience in tax credit or other incentive financing a plus
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis tools and techniques
    • Solid understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and other relevant software
