    Schedule: Part-Time, 10-20 hours/week, Flexible schedule. Work would occur between 6pm and 6am Monday-Thursday.

    Highlights of the position:

    • Demonstrates kindness and respect and maintains professional boundaries with all clients, vendors, and staff.
    • Cleans and maintains building facilities, using appropriate cleaning solutions, tools, and equipment, ensuring quality is top notch. This includes but is not limited to:
      • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors
      • Cleaning walls, windows, and fixtures
      • Cleaning bathrooms, lunchrooms, and break rooms
      • Emptying garbage
    • Supports supervisor in inventory and ordering of supplies.
    • Maintains awareness of the condition of building, notifying supervisor of any issues that need attention.
    • Assists in maintaining quality assurance standards.
    • Collaborates to improve the client experience. Advocates for excellent standards of customer service and safe and effective operations.

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and products required.
    • One year custodial experience, preferably in healthcare setting, preferred.
    • Having a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and/or an appropriate length of driving experience for insurance purposes is required. Any concerns raised by the results of a driving record check will be subject to an individualized review to determine whether the infraction is relevant to the individual’s ability to perform the responsibilities of the position, in accordance with PCHC’s Automobile Safety and Background Check policy.
