Responsible for overseeing community-based health programs aimed at the prevention of disease and promotion of health. Participates in and approves grant proposals and monitors overall use of grant funds. Additionally, Top Community Health Executive oversees all community health programs from planning and design through implementation and evaluation. Typically requires a master's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a top management. The Top Community Health Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Community Health Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. *Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care (dressing, mobility, bathing, grooming, toileting, exercise)
- Emotional support and companionship
- Medication reminders

Job Schedule:
- Hourly shifts can range from 4 hours to 12 hours

Job Requirements:
- Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide License Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Recent negative TB test
- Proof of MMR vaccine (measles, mumps, rubella)
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Experience
- Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)
