    The Work:

    • Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP
    • Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs
    • Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)
    • Give clients options for designs using prototypes
    • Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies
    • Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
    • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

    Here's What You Need:

    • Minimum of 3 years SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and SuccessFactors Variable Pay experience
    • Experience with at least 1 full-life cycle SuccessFactors Compensation implementation
    • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification
    • Hands on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

    Bonus Points If You Have:

    • You have prior consulting experience
    • You have knowledge of innovative work styles such as Design Thinking or similar methods for driving creative thought
    • You have experience as part of a thriving virtual team
    • You have design and implementation experience with HR ERP (Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday, SuccessFactors etc.)

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

    California: $67,900 to $169,800

    Colorado: $67,900 to $146,700

    New York City: $78,600 to $169,800

    New York - Albany: $58,500 to 135,800

    Washington: $72,300 to $156,200
