Develops standardized operating procedures and policies to effectively operate and maintain computer systems and peripherals. How You’ll Make an Impact
The Executive Assistant for the Growth Office serves as a key point of contact for internal and external constituencies on matters pertaining to the Chief Growth Officer. This role completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitates the executive’s ability to effectively lead the department, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists and calendars; and making travel arrangements. Responsibilities can vary in complexity from routine to projects requiring significant analysis and material development.

Associate degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred
5 years of experience performing complex administrative and/or office work, including 1 years supporting leadership position.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities simultaneously.
Technology savvy.
Competent with administrative processes.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational skills
Strongly Proficient in Microsoft Office products and software (most notably PowerPoint).
Ability to prioritize and problem solve.
Ability to hold highly confidential information as appropriate
