Duties and Responsibilities
Primary:
* Engage, and befriend customers so that they have a great experience
* Grow and maintain accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
* Convey our message to the market and gather and document intel about market trends
* Efficiently Process/Follow Up/Close on Opportunities
* Confirm customer requirements and record opportunity
* Determine internal quote path (Quoting, Production, Both)
* Finalize quote plan (customer first, Sales Ops Manager, BD)
* Determine follow up path (IS, BD, both)
* Win new Business
* Remain Positive and professional and work together with the team to make a great environment for our customers and each other
* Be a role model for our values of Positive, Reliable, Ownership, Continuous Improvement, and Winning Pace
Secondary:
* Prepare existing customers for strategic calls
* Gather and promote prospective customers to fill pipelines
* Perform various BDR sales support related tasks
* Send follow up or thank you emails to customers
* Prospect for new customers

Qualifications
Required:
* High school diploma/GED
* 2 years of customer service experience
* Pleasant, enthusiastic voice
* Positive Attitude
* Strong Communications skills and interpersonal skills across all levels
* Multiple software computers skills
* Ability to multitask

* Associates degree or higher
* 5 years of customer service experience
