Additionally, Top Contracts Executive typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Sometimes requires certification like the NCMA Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM). - Sanitation regulation
- Manage and train kitchen staff, assess staff performance, scheduling
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in culinary arts
- Knowledge of cost and labor systems
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Scratch cooking experience
