Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to potential customers, identifying their needs and pain points, and offering customized solutions.
- Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that opportunities are accurately tracked and forecasted.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, identifying their needs and pain points, and developing customized solutions that meet their requirements.
- Utilize utility rebates & solution-based selling approach to educate customers on the benefits and features of our energy efficient products and services such as LED Lighting, Controls, Refrigeration, EV Chargers, etc.
- Collaborate with the inside sales manager to develop and execute strategies that generate revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout customer journey.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales and LED lighting solutions.
Requirements and Skills
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the LED lighting or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Solution-based selling mindset, with the ability to identify customer pain points and offer customized solutions that meet their needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large volume of sales calls and emails.
- Experience in managing leads and sales pipeline in a CRM system, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of the LED lighting industry a plus.
