The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process, including general ledger maintenance, journal entry review, and account reconciliations.
• Overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Managing cash flow, financial planning, and budgeting processes
• Providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team
• Developing and monitoring internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Managing the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Working closely with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely audits
• Providing leadership and mentorship to the finance team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 5 - 7 years of related experience.
• Top-tier public accounting experience highly desired.
• GAAP knowledge, CPA required.
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Previous experience working for a private equity owned company strongly preferred.
