Our engineering firm is looking for an eager Executive Assistant to join our team. This role will provide high level administrative support to partners, senior management, and Human Resources department. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a growing engineering firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support, such as managing the submittal processes, preparing RFQs and RFPs
• Assist in preparing various documents such as reports, spreadsheets, and proposals. Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and consistency
• Maintain project workflow software and keep up the current progress on projects
• Assist in planning team building activities, lunch and learns and other staff development events to foster a positive work environment and boost morale
• Organize and maintain project database
• Provide back up to office receptionist as needed
• Assist Human Resources department as needed
• Maintain company website to ensure it is up to date

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years of experience
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Quick to learn new tasks
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
• Discretion and trustworthiness when dealing with confidential information
• Professionalism and positive attitude

Our engineering firm is looking for an ambitious Professional Recruiter to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract and hire qualified candidates to join our firm.

You will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process working closely with the Partners of the firm. We are seeking someone who is passionate about discovering untapped talent and driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent that aligns with our goals and hiring needs
• Create and manage job postings, while utilizing various recruitment platforms to identify potential candidates
• Review resumes, coordinate interviews and assess candidate’s skills, qualifications and cultural fit through various assessment methods
• Build relationships with candidate to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, best practices and new sourcing techniques to enhance recruitment process
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities and attend job fairs held on campuses

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a professional environment with 5-10 years of experience
• In-depth knowledge of the recruitment process
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and partners
• Strong organization and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple open positions
• Ability to travel when required
