Monday.com (desirable)Innovative firm seeks a tech savvy, Funding Analyst to support the investment management team in analyzing and evaluating investment funds, conducting research and providing recommendations. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing grant applications, evaluating fund strategies, identifying grant opportunities, assisting with customer relations, monitoring fund expenses, and communicating fund performance and financial results to management/stakeholders. The ideal Funding Analyst for this role should have excellent analytical skills, great research abilities, and in-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.

Primary Responsibilities

·      Capture and record fund activities

·      Process grant applications

·      Prepare fund accounting financial statements/reports

·      Assist with the onboarding and training of grant experts

·      Identify process improvement initiatives

·      Conduct industry research

·      Maintain strong client relationships

·      Assess risks associated with grant funding

The ideal Funding Analyst will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or related studies.

Other requirements for the Funding Analyst role include and are not limited to:

·      2 years of fund/grant writing experience

·      Strong writing, reviewing skills and communication skills

·      MUST be proficient in Excel

·      Monday.com software experience a PLUS
