Your responsibilities will include managing operations, driving growth through active involvement in sales and marketing, and potentially stepping in as Administrator during temporary absences.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related health or business field is required; RN preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of leadership experience in hospice or a related field, with direct report responsibilities.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and management skills; effective communicator; proven organizational development and project management capabilities; knowledgeable about hospice regulations and reimbursement.
Additional Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs
- Must reside in or near South Carolina or North Carolina and travel to assigned branches 3-4 days per week
