Additionally, Top Laboratory Executive manages costs by maintaining vendor relationships and implementing process improvements. Typically responsible for acquiring funding. Requires a master's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Laboratory Executive manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new tools.
- Discretion and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- An associate degree or higher in administration, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Zoho, or Pipedrive is a plus.
