Top Litigation Executive oversees all litigation related to an organization and ensures maximum protection of the organization's legal rights. Acts as a liaison between outside attorneys and in-house staff. Being a Top Litigation Executive directs cases through litigation cycle, reviews new files for coverage and liability issues, and develops a cost effective defense strategy. Consults with senior management to resolve issues and decide settlements. Additionally, Top Litigation Executive requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Requires admittance to a state bar. Typically reports to top management. The Top Litigation Executive manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Top Litigation Executive typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     As a Project Manager, you will use your land development experience, design knowledge, and skills to create and manage innovative projects through the preparation of site layout, grading, utility and landscape plans, as well as stormwater management, soil erosion and sediment control, and infrastructure designs.

    You’ll also be responsible for obtaining local, state, and federal approvals and permits for various projects. Experience with PADEP, PennDOT, and municipal ordinance requirements/approvals is required.

    Our ideal person has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture and is a licensed professional engineer or professional landscape architect in Pennsylvania at a minimum.

    Position Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
    • 5 years of related experience.
    • PE or RLA license or on the path to licensure.
    • Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
    • Land development project management experience is very beneficial.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is beneficial.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
