Additionally, Top Manufacturing Executive plans and forecasts resources for facilities, equipment, materials, technology, and workforce to ensure sufficient manufacturing capacity to support business goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to chief operating officer (coo) or top management. The Top Manufacturing Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Description
The Finishing Operator is responsible for achieving immediate and short-term production objectives laid down by the Finishing & Hardware Supervisor. This position requires near perfect attendance and punctuality. Employees are expected to be in their department area before the shift starts. Reasonable overtime hours may be required to meet production needs. This position reports directly to the Finishing & Hardware Supervisor.
